It just smells wrong. Also, there could be floaty-things of an unknown origin and weird color in it. Mostly, just; eewww! If it seems bad, it is bad!

What inspired this, actually, was not bad vinegar, but good.
My thought was: if good vinegar smells like this, how on earth would bad vinegar smell?

As you know--good/bad vinegar gets rid of heartburn forever. The problem is that one has to drink it first thing in the morning! Smells have to be ignored...
